The Studio is ideally situated to enjoy the 'Aldeburgh High Street' with its first class restaurants, famous fish and chip shop, cafes and bars.

This is a brand new apartment only 10 meters from the seafront. The entrance hall is in Kings Street with the accommodation on the first floor running from Kings Street to the main High Street of Aldeburgh.

 
       
 

Accommodation
The property sleeps 4 in a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. There is a large bath and shower room with W.C. The Kitchen/Dining room is open plan, which is light and airy, freshly presented with modern kitchen units. There is a large separate sitting room with double bay windows that overlook the High Street. The decor and furnishings are a mix of modern and traditional with a wooden floored bathroom and kitchen, linen style blinds and comfy sofa and chairs. The property is double glazed and has electric heaters in all rooms. The studio is well equipped with a colour TV and video, radio and CD player.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The beds are supplied with duvets and pillows and bed linen and towels are provided at a cost of £12.50 per bed. There is a private access to the studio which can be found at the rear of the property and parking is permitted along King Street.

Terms and Conditions
Weekly bookings run from 3pm Saturday to 10am Saturday. Weekend bookings run from 3pm Friday to 10am Monday (unless otherwise arranged) Additional nights may be booked if available. To allow for complete cleaning guests must not arrive before the given time and must leave the house by 10am on the morning of departure.

Prices include: Cleaning, Electricity, Gas, Water, Water Heating and Central Heating and the provision of duvets and pillows. Hand and tea towels are provided.

Prices do not include: Provision of bed linen (sheets duvet covers and pillowcases) all pillows do however have a slip on them and the mattresses a cover. Bed Linen and towels can be supplied at a cost of £12.50 per bed, please notify when booking if this is required. We do not provide swimming towels.

Deposit: A booking deposit of £100 will secure the booking and the balance is required one month prior to the holiday. All breakages must be paid for or the item replaced. In the event of a cancellation the booking deposit will be retained while we endeavour to re-let, if this is achieved we will return the deposit less any costs in re-letting. Tourist information and equipment files are provided and an inventory is included listing equipment available.
