No 3 Crespigney Road is a 4 star rated bungalow set in the heart of the delightful seaside town of Aldeburgh just a few minutes walk to the beach, this wonderfully refurbished bungalow has superb accommodation for a really comfortable self catering holiday at any time of the year.

 
       
 

Accommodation
The property sleeps 8 people. There are two large double bedrooms with either a shower or bathroom ensuite, together with another 2 twin bedrooms, also with their own ensuite bath/shower rooms.The large kitchen and adjoining dining room has been designed for easy living, with full width sliding patio doors opening onto a sheltered patio area where there is a table and set of garden chairs.

The Kitchen includes Neff hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and water softener.The sitting room with its large sofa and armchairs, is the place to watch TV, play a DVD or just listen to the radio or CD Player.

Outside the back door is a small garden laid to lawn with a few mature fruit trees along the boundry fence. There is ample parking on the front drive for 3 cars. Central heating, bed linen and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels and in consideration to other visitors please do not smoke in the property.

Terms
Weekly bookings run from 3pm Friday to 10am Friday.(Except for the Xmas/New Year period). Weekend bookings run from 3pm Friday to 10am Monday (unless otherwise arranged). 4 Nights run from 3pm Monday to 10am Friday (unless otherwise arranged) Additional nights may be booked if available. To allow for complete cleaning guests must not arrive before the given time and must leave the house by 10am on the morning of departure.

Services
Central heating, bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Deposit: A booking deposit of £100 wll secure the booking and the balance is required one month prior to the holiday. All breakages must be paid for or the item replaced. In the event of a cancellation the booking deposit will be retained while we endeavour to re-let, if this is achieved we will return the deposit less any costs in re-letting.
